The Role

We think our schemes are things of beauty, and we use the best construction visualisation techniques to make sure we can communicate that.

That’s why we need a 3D Visualiser or somebody with a computer animation and visualisation background who’s worked in construction to work on our high rise, high quality projects in central London.

Our growing team is a great place to learn. Ketan (your manager) has been in the business for 10 years and Kyrin (your teammate) for four, both have loads of experience in 3D visuals and 4D animations and have been instrumental in producing compelling digital media to visualise and plan what’s happening across our projects (all the way from construction methodology to moving people in).

We use this work to help us perfect our plans internally, and to communicate what’s going on for residents, JV partners and other audiences. Because of this, you’ll be collaborating not just with the wider planning team but also marketing, sales, resident engagement and customer services. The business is growing (construction turnover is doubling and our partners want to do more work with us in the future) and the demand for brilliant, creative visualisations is also growing, so there’s loads of potential here for you and for the future expansion of the team. We’re constantly looking at what software is right for us (we’ve been using 3DS Max / Synchro Pro and are innovating with game engine platforms like Unity), and how we stretch the capabilities of the technology we have – “it’ll do” will never do, here. So if that’s appealing to you, and you love to build relationships, this could be a great new place for you.
