Accommodation Delivery Manager



We are looking for an experienced construction manager who has experience of constructing and fitting out modular buildings on multiple sites, controlling a number of teams, experience of first and second fix joinery, electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation. The individual will work well in a team. Will be experienced in using Microsoft Project, Office 365, ERP systems, Google Sketchup, AutoCAD. Able to develop and present RAMS. Projects range in value from £5k up to £2.5M.
* Must have 5 day SMSTS, CPCS Appointed Person.
* Degree in construction management or building construction preferred.
* Must be working to become a member of the CIOB or other similar organisation.
Role is to manage the clients expanding fleet of jackleg and modular accommodation units. Work includes planning installations and demobs, arranging transport, planning builds and fit out on sites across the UK.
On major projects must be prepared to work from site as necessary. Able to travel around the UK
