The Role:
* As a Administrator you will be the face of the company and the first person to deal with any queries.
* Support the internal teams and process all incoming emails, gathering correct information and then routing-out to the correct departments to deal with.
* Producing quotations for the sales team
* Processing PO's
* Booking works in
* Creating completition reports.
The Ideal Person:
* This position will suit someone who ideally has basic knowledge of a structural drawing, with a technical mind.
* Must be driven by processes and must have a “can do” attitude.
* A proven track record in administration.
* We would like to speak to people who want to become an integral part of the business, who will be the first point of call for the customer
