Admin required for Housing company based in Glasgow.
To provide and administer a first-class customer care service to our customers withing the agreed timescales, and to provide administrative support to the Production Team (Developments Division MD, Construction, Technical and Commercial).
* Keep abreast of all paperwork and remedial work associated with the customer, and create a master plot file for each home, ensuring accuracy of customer details and recording of all defects.
* Be the first point of contact for new customer issues at the point where there is no longer a Construction or Sales presence on site and create and issue work instruction to sub-contractors as agreed with the Contracts Manager.
* Organising payroll information
* Organise PPE etc for Staff
* Maintain staff records regarding attendance and other general administrative requirements.
£20k-£25k per annum based on experience
