Associate Project Lead – Architect / Architectural Technologist

Our Client specialises in urban regeneration initiatives, commercial and retirement developments throughout the UK with project values up to £40m. Over the past decade they have grown from a handful of employees to a team of over 30 with an impressive portfolio of retail, residential, retirement living and leisure developments.
Due to their continued growth, we are looking for an experienced individual with at least 5 years post qualification experience, as well as a proven ability to lead complex or multiple projects.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Lead with a “can-do” attitude to join a close-knit team. You would lead a team to deliver a complex, commercial scheme from inception to completion, reporting directly to senior management and being the direct link to the Client.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Good decision-making skills, operate proactively, work well within a team as well as using your own initiative and have a proven ability in managing and delivering profitable complex projects from concept through to completion, including contract administration.
As well as this, you’ll ideally have the following:
• Experience in successfully leading large-scale retirement living or commercial projects.
• The confidence to step up and become part of the management team
• Ability to manage a team.
• Client facing experience.
• An aptitude to mentor more junior staff through their professional studies.
• Fully AutoCAD or Revit literate, preferably with some experience of both.
