Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced field based Area Installation Manager for a nationwide kitchen installation company to cover the Coventry & surrounding area within the East Midlands, there also may be some travel across the UK from time to time.
The ideal candidate will be based around Coventry
About The Role
Working alongside sub contractors & in house team, you will over see the installation of kitchens onto new build construction sites across the area at a rate of around 28 plots per week.
The role is 37.5 hours per week but a degree of flexibility is required due to the nature of the construction industry.
Experienced in a similar role
Experienced in working with sub-contractors / trades people.
Ideal candidate will hold a CSCS card however this is not essential as the company can provide this.
Experienced in procuring staff / fitting teams
Experienced in working on construction sites – ideally new build sites.
Ability to manage own time & diary
Full UK Driving Licence [No more than 6 points acceptable]
