Asbestos Removal Administrator

Our client, a well-established and long running asbestos company are seeking an Asbestos Removal Administrator to join their busy team.

Reporting directly to the Directors and Contracts Managers your key responsibilities will include but are not limited too:

Administer and produce paperwork
Liaise with clients and team members for all booking and diary requirements
Maintain and log required data
Assist site staff with any requirements (eg parking & paperwork)
Organise and place orders (eg air tests / site consumables / site plant)
Maintain and update required spreadsheets
Track training for site staff and book accordinglyPrevious administration experience is essential and an asbestos background is preferred but not vital. Must be proficient in using Microsoft software and have good general IT knowledge. Must have a strong ability to time manage your work load and have great communication skills. The industry is heavily regulated so must have excellent organisation skills and have a keen eye for detail.
