Our client, an engineering and environmental design consultancy based in the city are a Bid Assistant to join their busy Bid Team.
Producing high volumes of tender information for a variety of clients
Ensuring timely completion and submission of tender documents in line with company regulations
Creating high quality documents using Powerpoint and Indesign
Thoroughly checking bid documentation for errors prior to submission
Maintaining bid collateral
Conduct market research into trends within the construction industry
Must have proven experience using InDesign and Powerpoint
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to comfortably engage with multiple stakeholders, including colleagues and external suppliers, at all levels
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure and deliver high quality work on demanding and multiple deadlines
Ability to work independently or as part of a group and use own initiative
