Our client who is a highly successful Tier 1 Contractor is seeking to appoint a talented BID Coordinator to work within their established and friendly preconstruction team based in West Yorkshire. The role will be office based however will take advantage of the company’s progressive hybrid working policy.
This position is initially for a fixed contract term of 12 months however could develop in to a permanent position for the right person.

Duties:
As BID Coordinator reporting to the BID Manager and working within a dynamic Proposals team, you will:
* Produce high quality written responses for public and private sector tenders including frameworks
* Liaise with the Bid Manager to understand and help to define the win strategy, undertaking client research and utilise this to produce content and key actions
* Create accurate and in-depth drafts for review / approval by the Bid Manager and others to the agreed bid programme
* Liaise closely with the Proposals team to ensure content is presented to the correct format and timescales
* Ensure any feedback received is a shared and acted upon
* Contribute to the Work Winning Asset Library, including creating case studies, evidence and CVs
The role of BID Coordinator is a varied and multiskilled role requiring the successful individual to be highly organised, flexible, able to work to deadlines, have an eye for detail and be able to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team.
You will have excellent verbal communication skills and will be confident in dealing with people at all levels, internally and with third parties.
You will be highly competent in MS Word and Office programme, and knowledge of InDesign is a benefit, although not essential.
