Bid Manager



My client is looking for a Bid Manager who will be working on a number of New Build Projects up to approx £50m
The Projects would include, Educational and Commercial- New Build and scoial housing
Main Duties would include:
* • Management and completion of Framework submissions
* • Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)
* • Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation
* • Explore Value Engineering opportunities
* • Identify Risk
* Managing the tender process
* • Review all tender documents to understand client requirements and required deliverables
* • Chair pre-start meeting – allocate owners and set deadlines for content
* • Monitor and report on progress
This is a very hands on role- and we are looking for someone that is happy to roll up their sleeves and work with the team. This could progress to being number 2 to the Head of Bids.
The team are very busy- and work well together.
