My client is a large, blue chip main building contractor. They have a requirement for a Bid Writer. This role will be to oversee the writing process for the bid team, taking responsibility for managing and coordinating the writing and compilation of bid documents.

Working closely with the Business Development and Bid Management Teams, The successful candidate will be required to understand the needs of the client and create a winning theme for the bid.

Take responsibility for managing and coordinating the writing and compilation of bid documents;
Working closely with the Bid Manager/s to develop proposals and implement plans to develop win themes and define deliverable templates
Writing technical and descriptive text
Manage the editorial process for the bid throughout its full life cycle;
Lead writing of responses to bids/tenders liaising with subject matter specialists;
Lead the compiling of the final documentation as required;
Collating and inputting images and illustrations;
Working on own initiative, conducting research, interviewing contributors and gathering information from a wide range of sources to construct a solid, well-structured and developed response to the clients PQQ and tender document;
