They're currently looking for a Building Services Manager to work within their engineering division on a marquee scheme in Kings Cross. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company who really value & progress their staff and with a turnover at over two hundred million the business is in a fantastic place with no slowing down.
Roles & responsibilities
* Paying £350 – £380 day rate with an option to go permanent
* SMSTS is needed
* Working for a sub – contractor is preferred but not essential
* Can lead sub – contractors
* Understanding of Mechanical/Electrical Packages
* Strong in overseeing commercial projects
* Mechanical/Electrical Project Managers are encouraged to apply also
