Our Client is a major Tier 1 Main Contractor . This role exists within their Major Projects Division. We are looking for an M&E Building Services Manager who is either Mechanical or Electrically biased, but you must have practical knowledge of project management in respect of both disciplines.
This is very much a career position. Our client is looking to employ someone initially at Building Services Manager level who can develop long term with the business. This role offers exceptional opportunity with a blue-chip, nationally and internationally recognised Contractor with a first class reputation, working on important headline projects with values to £500M.
We are seeking an M&E Project Manager who is very good technically, and equally good at getting the best out of subcontractors and specialists on site. We are looking for a focussed relationship builder, who is non confrontational and can get the best out of people.
Ideally you should come from a main contractor environment, but our client will also consider those looking to transition from a sub contracting environment provided they have worked on large projects and have a very stable CV.
