JOB TITLE: Admin Assistant/Building services officer (Housing)
LOCATION: Twickenham
PAY RATE: £ 14.20 PAYE hourly
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION/Hours: 2-month initial contract/ 36 hours a week (shift patters 9am-11pm)
IR35 STATUS: Inside

Job Purpose:

To support the FM Building Services function in the delivery of compliant building services to all Wandsworth and Richmond Council SSA properties.
To provide a mobile first response to non-technical Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance tasks

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Supports the FM Building Services Supervisor
Work as part of a shift rota
Porter duties
Unlocking and locking premises
Meeting room and hall hire set-ups
Reactive maintenance tasks allocated via the FM Helpdesk including low level plumbing, re-lamping, lock, and furniture repairs
Non-technical Planned Maintenance including water hygiene, emergency lighting and fire alarm sounder testing.
Providing FM support to out of hours events including but not limited to weddings in London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
Responsible for new integrated contractor and supply chain partner building inductions.
Regular inspection and recording of vacant properties.

Knowledge and experience:

Of FM Building Services
Extensive knowledge of the area's properties, site locations, customers and stakeholders.
Capita Integra financial accounting and Concerto CAFM system
Delivering FM Building Services
Use of CAFM systems
Working with integrated FM contractors and supply chain partners
Excellent customer services skills
Full, clean UK driving licence
