Our Client an award-winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy now require a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join them based in Ealing. They require a Building Surveyor to join them in their Public Sector Regeneration and Building Surveying teams.

The day-to-day work of the successful Building Surveyor would include managing instructions and projects, collating and writing reports and producing tender documents including specifications, preambles. As well as this, the successful Building Surveyor would be required to manage client projects and look for opportunities for new client development, attend sites as well as internal and external client facing meetings, and produce management reports and be able to communicate progress and forecasts to the client team, including all pre and post contract management duties.

Building Surveyor / Project Manager Position Requirements

Prior experience in a similar role is essential
Minimum of 2 years' experience post degree
Ideally MRICS qualified, if not keen to pursue this
Based within commuting distance of Ealing
Must be looking for a long term role

Building Surveyor / Project Manager Position Remuneration

Salary: Up to £50k DOE
Salary dependant on experience
Holiday 25 days + BH
3% employer pension
Subsidised gym membership
Travel allowance
