CAD Co-Ordinator – MEP – London

Are you an experienced CAD Co-Ordinator looking to move into Management?

Do you have experience working on Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing projects (MEP)?

Do you have experience working with Revit and Navisworks (Including Clash Detection)?

If the answer is “YES” to all the above and you are looking to work in London for one the UK’s leading multi-discipline building contractors then this job could be perfect for you.

Salary up to £38 p/h dependant on experience.

To be successful in this role you must have a thorough understanding of building services and preferably have a minimum of an HNC / HND qualifications or equivalent.

You should have been working in the Co-ordination role for a minimum of 5 years. This would suit CAD Co-Ordinators with the drive to progress into management.

Due to winning another 3 large £20M+ projects out client is looking to get experienced CAD Co-Ordinators or CAD Managers (will pay up up to £42 p/h for experienced Managers) with MEP experience to join their they are looking to appoint a number of CAD Co-Ordinators/ Managers on a contract basis.

This will be an ongoing contact with over 2 years worth of work already lined up.

Our client is looking for someone who has a history of working with Commercial MEP Fitout and have electrical, mechanical or plumbing services (MEP) experience.

You will need to have a good understanding of Project Teams and also have a clear understanding with Drawing Programmes and Processes.
You will need to have experience with:

* Revit

* Navisworks (Including Clash Detection)

* Good experience with Co-ordination

* Commercial MEP Fitout

* Previously worked for a Contractor on similar projects

It would be Preferred but not essential to have experience and knowledge of:

* BIM – Either PAS1192 or ISO19650

* Experience of working with pointclouds

* Knowledge of Solibri

* Knowledge of Revizto
