Assist and support the commercial department with administration, document control and any associated paper work. For business reasons, the Company may require you to undertake extra duties and responsibilities from time to time. Should it become necessary on a permanent basis, this will be advised in writing, any changes made will be within your existing capabilities and through prior consultation.


* Management of subcontractor register

* Updating and collating PQQ’s for NBC subcontractors on an annual basis

* Updating and collating insurance records for subcontractors

* Completing PQQ’s for NBC for their clients

* Collation of data for company cash flows

* Collation of cost reports

* Coordination of commercial department training

* Coordination and upkeep of commercial department PDR records

* Coordination and reporting of site performance figures

* Getting material / subcontractor quotes

* Logging incoming enquiries – reporting back yes / no

* Taking minutes of departmental meetings

* Coordination and administration of customer care and aftersales

* To print and collate all business cards and update as required

* To maintain and administer the training records for Quantity Surveyors and Graduate Engineers

* Assist and / or organise Christmas activities

* Reception cover as and when required

* Looking after the Commercial Director’s calendar

* Organising the 6-monthly Commercial Team meetings including writing all literature for the presentation


* Assisting the Executive Support Assistant to the MD, during busy periods, for holiday cover and Christmas activities
