Position: Commercial Manager
Location: Surrey
Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 + Package
Commercial Manager Job information:
* My client is seeking a Commercial Manager who has previous experience working for main contractors
* The projects you will be overseeing are within the High-end Residential and Mixed-use sectors
* As Commercial Manager you will overseeing multiple projects in Surrey and South West London
Commercial Manager Key Duties:
* Usual QS duties to both residential, commercial and industrial projects
* Procurement of subcontracts, plant and materials and assisting in procuring consultants
* Apportionment of construction budgets to the various packages
* Client and subcontract valuation and variation agreements and agreements of the main form of contract and subcontracts
* Final accounts for both client and subcontracts
* Cost monitoring and forecasting, including monthly cost reports
* Input into design team and other pre-construction meetings
