Apple Resourcing UK Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced 180/360 Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Trades & Labour team in Basildon Essex

Proven experience of working within a blue collar construction recruitment agency is essential.

£28,000 to £32,000 + EXCELLENT commission 10/13% + Bonuses + Staff days/nights out, Career progression, Free on-site parking plus much more

Key duties to include but not restricted to –

Building and managing client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations.

Conducting business development calls over the phone and face to face.

*

Visiting both clients and temporary workers on site.

*

Sourcing and selecting well matched candidates for each role.

*

Managing candidate administration including timesheets and right to work documentation.

*

Using the job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts.

*

Using our database to search for candidates.

*

Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to promote your profile and expertise in the Construction/Trades & Labour sector
