Exciting opportunity to join an established contractor who focuses on glazing, SFS, facades and building envelope products for commercial projects such as schools, hospitals, universities and leisure centres across the South East. The Role

The role is to work with the clients range of cladding, SFS, facades, glazing and building envelope products focusing on overseeing a commercial leisure project in the Hertfordshire area. You will get involved with organised sub contractors, overseeing quality of workmanship on projects, ensure materials are ordered and deliveries are kept on time, attend site meetings, provide technical advisor and liaising with other supervisors to make the process run smoothly from start to finish. Additional focus would be to keep in regular contact with the internal team to help assist with drawings and estimates on any live projects.

The Candidate

The client is looking to hear from candidates who have experience of working on commercial projects as an project manager, site manager or contracts manager position. The ideal candidate will have strong contracts management experience however they are open to hear from candidate who have general understanding of the building envelope sector working as site managers or junior contract managers.
