An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cost Manager to join a leading cost consultancy at their offices in Manchester. The Cost Manager will be joining a growing team and working on a number of secured and up and coming healthcare projects across Lancashire and Yorkshire.
The Cost Managers first project will be a £30m+ hospital upgrade where you'll be working closely with the NHS Trust, providing employers agent services across the 2 year programme. You'll be site based and working closely with the Operations team, taking the project from pre construction through to final account negotiation.

Starting salary of £40,000 to £50,000

Yearly pay & performance reviewsCost Managers considering this opportunity will need to have 2+ years of consultancy experience in the UK and a successful track record of delivering projects procured under the NEC3 contract. You'll also need excellent communication skills, a motivated and driven approach to your work and a 'can do' attitude. Candidates with healthcare experience will be at an advantage. Candidates from a main contracting background will also be considered but must have NEC and healthcare experience.
