Title: Customer Care Co-Ordinator

Location: Bath 

Salary: Up to £25,000

Thorn Baker have a fantastic opportunity to join a family run, award winning local builder delivering construction projects in the South West. 

They are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Co-Ordinator with a strong passion for Construction and delivering exceptional customer service. 

The Role:

Provide a high level of service to the Operations Team
Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
Communicate effectively with colleagues to reach expected outcomes
Use a combination of emails, telephone calls and face to face meetings to achieve close-out targets of defects
Proactively plan and manage workload, target areas to improve performance and agree with Aftercare Manager
Site visits as and when required
Management of drawing registers
General Administrative duties as and when required
 About You:

High level of communication with all levels of employees, contractors, customers, residents/home-owners and members of the public
Knowledge of Construction terminology
High organisational skills
Excellent telephone manner
Competent user of Microsoft office packages
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Attention to detail
A desire to show initiative
Experience and Requirements:

Experience in Construction industry / as Customer care coordinator 
Knowledge of Microsoft office software
Current full UK driving licence
