TSR are recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our clients thriving team. They are a 5 Star, Top Ten, Housing Developer based in the Derby area.
As a Customer Care Coordinator you will be responsible for;
* Being the first point of contact for customer queriers and complaints and responsible to escalating to the correct departments
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, site managers and sub-contractors to ensure work is carried out in a reasonable timeframe
* Allocate and scheduler jobs to a team of in-house operatives
* Ensuring great aftercare is given by personally following up with customers
* Sending out the customer satisfaction survey
* Updating in house systems
To be successful in the role you must have previous experience of working for a Housing Developer and a good understanding of NHBC regulations.
In return you will be joining a great team in a growing company and receive a salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits.
