Here at Howells we are working with a leading specialist warranty provider to find a customer sales advisor who has great customer service skills and is happy to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

We can offer roles that are predominately virtual to offer maximum flexibility.

Part of you role will involve taking calls from customers who are relying on your skills to ensure they purchase the right product.

The role is initially home based but may be a hybrid of office and home in future. You will need to live within a reasonable travel distance to Nottingham. This department has flexible shift patterns and can offer full or part time working to suit you.

Is this you?

A skilled and driven customer service and sales professional.
Have strong sales skills – and a customer first instinct.
Excellent communication skills.
Self Confident with a positive "can do" attitude Salary is competitive £18,500 starting salary with a pay increase after six months to £21,500
