We are currently working on behalf of a leading House Builder looking to add to their customer service team.
The role will involve making and receiving calls to new homeowners, resolving issues, dealing with queries and passing this information to the relevant internal parties to ensure that the repairs work is carried out in a timely fashion and to agreed quality levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, and candidates should have a demonstrable desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service. This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone who is organised and has a clear approach to problem solving. Experience of working for a residential developer is essential.
