Required background: Contracting
We have partnered with an established, privately owned contractor and developer client who operates throughout London & the South East. Projects are residentially focussed and typically new build but also include some refurbishment, change of use jobs as well as their own development schemes. Contracts are getting larger year on year but broadly incorporate 5 to 50 units and they are looking to strengthen the team with a Design Manager to run one or two projects initially
