Duty Manager



I am currently looking for a Duty Manager to work for my client of a permanent bases.

Client Details

My Client are from the Building and Construction sector and are looking to grow their business and recruit a Duty Manager before Christmas. This role is based in the city of London.


The key responsibility for a FM Duty Manager are:

Manage all estate presentation items ensuring exceptional standards. Including the internal and external presentation of all landlord managed properties
Report any necessary repairs of equipment and installations.
Supervise Marketing events and project works in/out of hours
Ensure H&S compliance is maintained at all times
Responsible for note taking in the HR meeting
Track staff holidays using holiday tracking system and escalating issues if necessary
Manage stakeholder relationships, including Market Traders and tenant liaison
Monitor Helpdesk and compile reports for shift handovers
Support the wider team to deliver against sustainability objectivesProfile

The successful applicant for the Duty Manager role:

Extensive experience of working within the FM industry
Risk Management and H&S awareness is highly needed
Experienced in supervising events and project works
Customer Service Training
Able to demonstrate an understanding of high-quality service delivery
IOSH Level 3 Managing Safely
Has strong leadership qualities and positive motivatorJob Offer
