As an Electric Vehicle Charge Point Technician, you will coordinate directly with the Construction Director to troubleshoot and maintain electric vehicle charge points nationwide. The successful candidate will use their electrical background to ascertain the issue once they arrive on site and use their knowledge to fix the problem on hand. The Electric Vehicle Charge Point Technician will be supported by the customer service team and will require the candidate to be confident in speaking to clients at all levels.
The Electric Vehicle Charge Point Technician will be joining an organisation that is looking to bring the UK closer to its goal set out by the Government in line with other leading nations by reducing our carbon emissions to net zero by 2050 and preparing for the ban on selling of petrol/diesel powered vehicles by 2030.

The successful Electric Vehicle Charge Point Technician would have a demonstrable background in a domestic electrical role whilst possessing City & Guilds 18th Edition or City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing. Don’t worry if you’ve never worked on Electric Vehicle Charge Points before as you will receive full and comprehensive training. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal, written and IT skills. The role will require a full clean UK driving licence.
