Using your experience, you will be required to carry out 1st and 2nd fix electrical works on our planned kitchen and bathroom programme. This will involve rewiring the kitchens and upgrade the accessories. You will also install new shower circuits, upgrade accessories in bathrooms and use your skills to test/certify works on completions. You will play a key role within the team and must have the ability to work on your own and within the established team and have good communication skills. The locations of works are Birmingham, Walsall, Warwick, and surrounding areas.
You must be flexible, have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
To be an electrician with us, you will need:
18th edition or time served
C&G Electrical Qualifications 2391 or 2394/5
Thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant building, housing, customer services, health and safety, regulatory and technical legislation and best practice
Use of IT systems/software e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
A full, clean driving licence
Commitment to our DNA and be a great ambassador for Bromford.Due to the nature of this role a DBS check will need to be completed. This role requires flexibility to cover Birmingham (B65) and surrounding regions, including the West Midlands and Worcestershire, so it will involve travel in and around these areas to suit program of works.
Your previous experience may be in roles as a test and inspection electrician, multi-skilled electrician, electrician (new build), electrical engineer, maintenance and repairs electrician, amongst others.
