Facade Manager

My client are a quality house builder who has an exciting new opportunity for a Facade Manager to join their team in Reading.

Responsibilties

* Manage and oversee the facade package

* Ensure work is completed on time, within budget and to the correct specification

* Health and Safety

* Attend design related meetings

* Quality control

Requirements

* External Package management experience

* SSSTS / SMSTS

* CSCS

* Full UK Driver's License

* Construction related qualification is desired

* Understanding if setting out and scheduling

* Good technical knowledge
