Facilities Manager

Our client is a highly establsihed facilities management service provider which has built and enviable reputation.

They manage and deliver hard services such as M&E, HVAC, fabric maintenance, small works and projects working with a range of well known clients across different sectors, including data centres, commerical offices, healthcare, and governement

With continued growth projected they now wish to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage a multi site maintenance portfolio in London for their key client; one the largest providers of health and social care in the region, comprising of 25-30 premises

A client facing role, you will be responsible for the daily project operations, managing the site teams, together with reviews with clients and assisting with the monthly profit and loss reporting. In addition, you will also explore commercial opportunities

You will also be responsible for leading a number of onsite teams including maintenance and administrative staff to ensure they are delivering a world class service in a safe and sustainable environment.

You will have previously worked in a similar account or contract management position in building servcies maintenance, ideally with experience a mutli site client portfolio

In addition you will ideally have a technical background, althought this is not essential and be commercially sound with a demonstrable leadership and management qualities, relationship management skills and demonstratable profit and loss accountability.
