Facilities Manager – PFI Contract



The Company:
c£150m+ T/O managing agent and facilities management provider who work across the whole of the UK.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a total FM contract for a school PFI. The hard services are managed in house with a team of 4 engineers including a supervisor. The soft services are subcontracted and managed with the supervision of a facilities assistant.
You will have full contract responsibility for P&L and monthly meetings are held with the client on both contract performance and costings / budgets.

The Person:

It is essential that you have experience of managing an FM contract from a commercial stand point. PFI knowledge of contractual obligations and penalties would be advantageous.

The Package:

£50,000 to £55,000 basic + fully negotiable package including 25 days holiday + 6% pension
