Fantastic opportunity for experienced Facilities Project Manager to join a highly respected contractor on a contract basis in Hertfordshire, with the option to work from home. Our client is a leading UK Contractor, providing expert engineering solutions to a variety of notable projects throughout the UK, including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education, Infrastructure and Defence.
Due to an increasing workload, they are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to join their innovative team.
Essential skills, qualification and experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager
Understanding of Mechanical(HVAC) design
Strong knowledge of buildings and facilities services
Ability to gain DV Security Clearance
Good understanding of multiple software packages including Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio and experienced in use of CAFM systems and Asset Database systems.
Experience using AutoCAD and TruView
Knowledge of CDM Regulations (2015)
A good understanding of PFI contracts and funding.
Full UK driving licence.
