We are now recruiting for a Section Foreman to join our Major Projects team in Bournemouth to supervise and manage a defined unit of site resources to deliver the construction, commissioning, and transfer into a supply of a new Water Treatment Works.

Key Responsibilities:

In this exciting Section Foreman role, you will manage safety on site including giving inductions and constructive Toolbox Talks, Daily Task Briefings and Point of Work Risk Assessments to Site Operatives. You'll be supervising site operatives and site activities to ensure tasks carried out are within their ability of skill and expertise. You'll be co-ordinating with line managers on managing work methods which are technically sound, safe, economically viable, feasible and advise them of any items which may impact/change the contract programme.

What do we need from you?

You will demonstrate knowledge and practical application of the set up and day to day running of a construction site, preferably with experience in Water sector or equivalent setting. You will hold the relevant qualifications (CSCS and SSSTS) and experience in large diameter pipes, and pre-cast & insitu concrete is desirable..
