Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading main contractor, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager for their large residential development in Wandsworth.
You will be working on a new build RC Frame apartment block where you will be on a block with around 80 units. Your main responsibility will be to push the project onwards and help with the snagging process.
You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a freelance role. Start date is immediately.
You will need a strong eye for detail, a good work ethic and the ability to create snag lists.
