FM Project Manager – Westminster
We are working with our Client, an established Facilities Management Services Provider to appoint an experienced Project Manager
They have now extended their technical facilities maintenance contract on government buildings across Westminster and will provide additional project work, across their various commercial offices .
Our client has undertaken numerous projects, including major refurbishment of mechanical and electrical systems and has a long standing relationship with the end user
The new expanded contract covers new commercial buildings plus Grade I listed buildings .
With continued growth projected they now wish to appoint an experienced FM Project Manager to oversee and manage these project works
A client facing role, you will be responsible for the daily project operations, managing the site teams, together with reviews with clients and assisting with the monthly profit and loss reporting. In addition, you will also explore commercial opportunities
You will also be responsible for leading a number of onsite teams including supervisors and administrative staff to ensure they are delivering a world class service in a safe and sustainable environment.
You will have previously worked in a similar account or project management position in building servcies provision, ideally with experience managing a mutli site client portfolio
In addition you will ideally have a technical background, with a recognised Health and Safety Qualifation and be commercially sound with a demonstrable leadership and management qualities, relationship management skills and demonstratable profit and loss accountability.
