Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
For this role you must possess the following;
Minimum HNC / HND Qualified in Quantity Surveying
Valid CSCS Card The Role
As a recently qualified Graduate / Trainee Quantity Surveyor in the Gloucestershire area, you will be working within the commercial team on a variety of construction projects nationwide. You will provide support to the Senior Quantity Surveyor with detailed reports, cash flow monitoring and manage the budget of each development through to completion. In return, you will receive training and mentorship from senior members of the commercial team and the wider business.

Participate in the settlement of main contract final accounts
Monitor sub-contractor performance in consultation with senior staff
Participate in the recording of delays & preparation of any request for extensions of time
Generate/maintain relevant records, accurate filing and support for all commercial functions
Assist senior staff in the compilation of data to monitor individual contract performance on a monthly and quarterly basis
Participate in the management of the supply chain and project costs of construction projects to ensure the overall financial success of a project
Ensure the prompt and regular submission of main contract payment applications and subsequent cash collection together with the preparation of sub-contractor paymentsThis is a permanent position with a competitive salary and package on offer.
