Barnsley College is ‘Outstanding’. We are currently searching for a highly motivated, innovative, inspirational and student-focused Head to lead the Construction department.

This is a fabulous opportunity to shape the future of this strategically important department and develop a cutting-edge Construction and Built Environment curricula serving two large city regions in the country.

Our Heads work with few rules but clear boundaries and enjoy autonomy to independently lead and shape their department and actively contribute to wider college life. They place the quality of teaching, learning and the stakeholder experience at the heart of their decision making and provide first-class curriculum and business leadership.
