My client is a leading regional New Build, Refurbishment and Fit Out Contractor who boast an enviable reputation and client base. They have a requirement for a Health and Safety Manager, to work alongside their senior operations team and become an instrumental component of their continued success. Overseeing a team of, at present 2 existing H&S Advisors, you will be responsible for implementing, continually refreshing and communication the companies Training Programmes, along with overseeing and implementing company policies, staff and procedural revies and best practices. The current internal directly employed workforce is circa 40-45 with a company turnover secured in excess of £15m.
This is truly an exciting role and will suit either an individual currently working in a similar role seeking a new challenge and career path very much in their own hands, or alternatively it will suit an ambitious driven individual looking to step up from Advisor into a management role in a company whose structure and support lends itself for the succesful individual to make the role their own and put their own individual stamp on the position and department as they paly the lead part in its expansion
