Our Client is a high quality West Yorkshire based M&E Design Consultancy who offer a wealth of experience to the construction industry. For over 20 years they have specialised in low carbon and sustainable mechanical and electrical design and infrastructure, best known for their work across the health care and education sectors in particular.
With a dedicated team of building services professionals providing cost effective and intelligent energy efficient proposals, the team is well placed to work on behalf of developers, architects, contractors and property consultants across the UK, regardless of size of project.
The business has once again seen the demand for their time and expertise grow, presenting the company with the opportunity to facilitate that growth with a small number of key appointments. Interest is invited from Intermediate and/or Senior Building Services Design Engineers who value the advantages of working within a small business environment and close-knit team.
Teamwork and positive internal collaboration are at the centre of what the company does so well, encouraging further an already motivated team to deliver projects to a high standard and exceed customer expectation whenever and wherever possible. The lean management structure empowers all Engineers to seek further responsibilities, running their own projects and having the freedom to deal directly with customers and build important relationships.
To be considered for the role of Intermediate / Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, or Intermediate / Senior Electrical Design Engineer, interested parties must have a proven background of managing their own schemes and producing accurate design work. Familiarity with industry standard software is essential, such as Hevacomp, Amtech, Relux, Dialux.
Finally, as with any SME business, character, personality and attitude is as important as technical competence
