Internal Sales Consultant

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to work for an established and growing business in the Southampton area paying up to £25,000 basic.

My client is offering a comprehensive, yet intense training program where you will work across different functions of the branch and the wider business to ensure that you have the correct tools for the job and have built your network.

Your main duties will include;

Liaising and building rapport with all new business enquiries

Upselling services and products

Developing and managing relations with new buying accounts and support new customers journeys

Generating leads and turning them in to opportunities for sales

To succeed in this role you must have;

A passion for people and a teamwork approach

The desire to do well and a positive attitude

Good communication skills

My client also has an unlimited learning program whereby you can shape your own destiny – they have even funded masters degrees so you can be sure that your knowledge never stops growing within their business.

Internal Sales experience is desirable however Industry experience is not essential for this role.
