We are seeking a Land Buyer to join a regional award winning Housing Developer who build quality driven homes across the South West. Working across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset, you will support the Head of Land in identifying and acquiring land for future developments, with a strategic plan to grow the region over the coming years.

The role will involve:

* Identifying and purchasing land

* Developing lasting relationships with land owners, agents and local authorities to pursue land opportunities

* Determine any planning constraints, planning applications and appeals process

* Working with the Head of Land and Development Manager to establish a pipeline of land and sites for future development

The candidate:

* At least 2 year’s land buying experience, ideally working within pre-construction for a residential developer

* Understand the planning process

* Land, Planning or construction related degree

* Driven and forward thinking in your approach, with a determined and focused nature
