M&E Design Manager
Manchester
Tier 1 M&E contractor
£50K – £70K + package
We are currently working with one of the UK's leading M&E contractors who deliver some of the UK's most prestigious healthcare, commercial and industrial projects ranging in value from £2M – £30M.
Due to continued success and growth they are now looking for an M&E Design Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate would report directly into the Regional Director and be responsible for all pre-construction and construction design management. This would include attending design / bid meetings with clients, liaising with consultants, and managing the on going implementation of the design during construction.
Other duties will include but not be limited to;
* Planning / Programming
* Tender proposals
* Buildability reviews
* Risk management
* Design monitoring / reporting
* Client relationship management
* Commissioning input
Our client will consider candidates looking to take the step up into design management as well as candidates currently in a similar role. However you must have experience working at a senior level with an M&E contractor/consultancy.
