Mechanical & Electrical FM Project Manager

In your role as mechanical and electrical FM project manager you will be working as part of the project team with new and existing clients to deliver projects ranging between £1,000 and £1m predominantly in the commercial office sector.

Mechanical & Electrical FM Project Manager – Responsibilities

The company you’ll be joining is known for it’s FM and Maintenance capabilities but they have built a successful projects team turning over £5m last year and on track for £8m this year with the companies total turnover at circa £35m.

The work is being driven by the property portfolios they are managing leading to work for the project team. A large part of this is the data analytics team they have in place providing information back to the clients about the state of the equipment in these buildings and advising them on how to reach carbon net zero by 2030 which has led them to being well placed to win a huge chunk of this work now and in the future.

You can either be mechanically or electrically biased but a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and BMS systems will be needed for you to succeed in this position.

This is a real opportunity for someone who wants to not only grow in the project management position but potentially grow into the senior management team.

Mechanical & Electrical FM Project Manager – Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

* 3+ Years experience as a Project Manager within a similar industry

* Qualified in an Engineering Discipline; Plumbing/Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC OR a Trade Background with experience in M&E

* Proficient with Microsoft Packages

* Knowledge of BMS systems


* Full UK Drivers Licence


• Salary between £55,000 and £70,000 depending on experience
