This M&E Project Manager role is for a candidate with Construction, Engineering or Electrician experience. The position is with a dynamic award-winning consultancy for their offices in Bolton. They are seeking experience of Project Management with a record of either refurbs or new builds.

Requirements for the M&E Project Manager

* Above all, it is important that you come from a recognised background, either mechanical or electrical. A PM from a building site background is also a possibility.

* Furthermore, you should have experience with of project managing refurbs or new builds in either housing, office blocks, shops, gyms, electrical environments or other such construction areas.

* In addition, The desire to live and work in the North West area, within commutable distance from their offices in Bolton or Liverpool

* Candidates should have experience in all or some of the following: Healthcare, Public Sector, Housing or Infrastructure
