The On-Site Group are currently looking for a Mechanical Chargehand, for an international contractor growing from strength to strength. This position will be based in Belgium.
Responsibilities
* Oversee specialist contractors
* Diagnose faults and repair/maintain all small plant and tools both on site
* Organise workload amongst the employees to cover site both in and out of hours and assign specific tasks accordingly in conjunction with the Foreman
* Ensure all equipment is checked working properly and works are in line with project requirements and specifications
* Maintain a professional and helpful attitude, passing on your technical knowledge and experience to other members of staff
Required
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
* Relevant qualifications, along with a proven track record of delivering mechanical projects
* Right to work in the EU
