Mechanical Contracts Manager required for a highly regarded mechanical and electrical contractor based in Cambridge who are currently going through a sustained period of growth.
Due to a busy period they are looking to recruit an additional Mechanical Contracts Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Ideally you will have between 3-5 years previous experience working as a Mechanical Contracts Manager and delivered projects within the health, education, commercial and retail sector, values ranging from £500k-3 million
Requirements:
* To take responsibility for the overall performance of the Project team
* Proven track record of delivering 2-3 projects concurrently.
* Maintain a close working relationship with Commercial, Engineering, Estimating teams, ensuring cohesion when entering into a new Project.
* Provide engineering support (Mechanical) as necessary to the business should workload demand in other areas or other new works.
* To take responsibility for the overall performance of your team, this includes PM's, Project engineers, supervisors and project surveyors
