For over 30 years our client has been providing high quality mechanical, electrical and sustainable design, supported by cost effective and innovative packages for the UK construction industry.
Sharing a number of common goals with their customers, their main objective is to provide the highest level of service to their clients and to the building services industry, ensuring director level involvement from inception to completion. This approach has seen many long-term relationships formed and rewarded with regular repeat business throughout the retail, residential, commercial and industrial sectors amongst many.
The business provides all of the benefits of a traditional building services consultancy, as well as expertise in industry-leading technology and the flexibility to tailor systems to suit their customer’s unique requirements. As Low Carbon Consultants and Low Carbon Energy Assessors they advise on a full range of sustainable engineering solutions for the built environment.
With the privileged position of working directly for the end user or developer, this consulting engineering practice enjoys being engaged a little further up the construction food chain and away from purely working for contractors. Current and regular works are often related to the Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Residential and Education sectors.
With this growth in mind, an exciting position has arisen for an MEP Revit Coordinator to join the BIM Team, working collaboratively with Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers on a wide range of live schemes. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a diverse range of buildings and environments and fully conversant with Autodesk Revit MEP software.
Applications are invited from confident and technically competent Technicians, able to follow careful instruction and communicate effectively with colleagues.
The office is conveniently situated close to the M1 offering excellent motorway links for East, West, North and South Yorkshire based candidates, with the added advantage of missing busy city centre traffic
