* Circa £25,000 per annum, dependent upon skills, knowledge and experience.

Constellations, based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre, is part of the Confetti Media Group, owned by Nottingham Trent University (NTU). Constellations create exciting contemporary environments for education and business customers across the UK and Europe and are recognised as market leaders in the education sector for interior design.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Minor Works Manager to join our installation team at Constellations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Constellations furniture projects through a variety of means, including site installations and product deliveries.

Main duties:

* Install Constellations furniture to a high standard, in accordance with the design brief and within agreed timescales, whilst always adhering to health and safety requirements

* Manage an Installation Team to install projects on site to a high standard in accordance with the design brief

* Oversee the quality of work delivered by the Installation team whilst on site

* Act as a client liaison for requests from clients for furniture upgrades or snagging

* Ensure the completion of project paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner

Knowledge, skills and experience:

* Experience of furniture installation

* Active interest in furniture manufacture

* Experience of working in a workshop environment is desirable

* Experience of working on building sites is desirable

We are looking for someone who is a strong team player but is also self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage their own time and organise their workload effectively.

Please note, this role may include occasional working away.
