We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead a flagship housing refurbishment framework for a highly regarded housing contractor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for over £15m of works a year to high and low rise blocks, estates and scattered properties to a key London RSL. The workstreams are varied covering, internal and external refurbishments, FRA programmes, estate regenertaion and major projects.
The Operations Manager will be the strategic lead for the divsion and be responsible for a large team of Contract and Site Managers, RLO's and subcontractors, reporting to the Regional Director. The sucessful candidate will be ultimatley responsible for creating and delivering the construction programmes through the mannagement of an internal team and contractors with ultimate responsibility for H&S, quality and client team liaison.
The succesful candidate will be a proven senior leader who can mentor and develop a management tier and develop positive existing client relationships. To be considered you must have extensive successful experience with a housing contractor as aSnr Contract or Operations manager delivering large scale housing refurbishment contracts.
